WHO IS A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN

On April 27, 2011, the White House released the long form of Barak Obama’s birth certificate. According to Barak Obama himself, this was supposed to settle the issue of his birthplace and end what he termed a major distraction to the more important issues facing the country.
As if on cue, three days later, Barak Obama stepped to the same microphone and announced that he had ordered the killing of a non US citizen in Pakistan. This story very effectively removed what’s called the “birther issue” from the print and broadcast headlines.
But, if we want to get it legally right, we should revisit that birth certificate because it contains information that conclusively and completely renders Barak Obama, also known as Barry Satoro, as ineligible to hold the office of President of the United States.

You see, Article II of the United States Constitution has always required that to be eligible for the office of President, a person must be a “natural born citizen”. It is clear from the legislative history and the Founders’ comments and writings about this requirement that it has NOTHING to do with where you were born. The idea of citizenship based on place of birth was introduced almost a century later in The Fourteenth Amendment. But The Fourteenth Amendment did not alter the original meaning of the specific term “Natural Born Citizen” as used in Article II.
Since our founders were concerned about preventing foreign allegiances in the office of president, to be a Natural Born Citizen you have to have the lineage of a citizen. You have to be born to parents who are both citizens of the United States in order to be a “natural born citizen” under Article II.
What does this mean? It means that all the talk, talk, talk about where Obama was born has been a distraction. The birth certificate clearly indicates that Obama’s father was not a US citizen.
