Q: Are your courses accredited?

A: Our U.S. Constitution course is nationally recognized. It is a 1 semester/18-week course and qualifies for U.S. Government/Civics credit.  Included in the 18-weeks of study are reading, video, homework assignments, tests, reviews, and quizzes. At the conclusion of the course, upon request, students are given a certificate that can be used in their portfolio as evidence of completion and evidence of passing grades. This course can also be used as continued education (CEC) for teachers.

Our Sheriff & the Citizen course is used as continuing education training for law enforcement officers in several states.

Q: Do I need a law degree to teach your classes?

A: No, you do not need a law degree to teach our classes. Our turn-key instructor kits allow anyone to train and become an instructor. In order to be certified by our organization, however, you do need to go through our simple certification process.

Q: Are my donations tax-deductible?

A: Yes! IOTC is a 501(c)(3) organization. Therefore, every donation is tax-deductible.

Q: Do you affiliate with any political parties?

A: No. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit and we do NOT affiliate with any political party.

Q: Do you believe or teach that America is a theocracy?

A: No. America was established as a Constitutional Republic.

Q: Can you give me legal advice for my specific situation?

A: No. We do not give legal advice.
