Meet Your Instructor: Larry D. Mayo

Larry D. Mayo, a Lewes native and president of the Institute on the Constitution, is a seasoned public speaker, musician, and certified senior instructor. After years of deep study, he realized just how little Americans know about their own founding documents—and made it his mission to change that.

For the past seven years, Larry has presented the U.S. Constitution course across Delaware and beyond. Now he’s helping launch this Declaration of Independence course to give citizens a stronger foundation in liberty, law, and government.
