Sandy, with a background in math education and business, became passionate about teaching the Constitution after realizing many people didn’t understand their rights. Sandy now teaches IOTC classes in Piedmont, SD, helping students recognize when their God-given rights are being threatened and empowering them to speak up and restore our Constitutional Republic through education.
Ricki Pepin is the IOTC Ohio Chapter leader, the Dean of Institute on the Constitution Students, and author of the Host Manuals for the US Constitution Course and Truth about America’s Founding courses. She is a former employee of the FBI, a published author and international lecturer.
Pastor David Whitney, a graduate of Rutgers University and Denver Seminary, has pastored churches for over 40 years in New Jersey, Colorado, Florida, and Maryland. He currently leads Cornerstone Evangelical Free Church and serves as Senior Instructor and radio host with the Institute on the Constitution, teaching Christian heritage and U.S. history for 21 years.
Dr. Michelle Parsons, a USAF combat veteran and flight surgeon, is a recognized Top Doctor in *Delaware Women’s Journal* and provides expert care at Renove Medical Spa. She also leads as President of Delaware's 38th District Republican Club and advocates for constitutional education.
